Obituary

WALTER ZAWADSKI, age 92, died peacefully at home with his loving family surrounding him on January, 18, 2022. He was born in Cleveland to Waladyslaw and Agatha (Steckowska) Zawadzki. He was preceded in death by his wife Marlene (Swindig) Zawadski, parents, and siblings- Paul (Caroline) Zawadzki, Charles (Stella) Zawadzki, Bertha Zawadzki, Sr. Fabiola Zawadzki, and Ted (Mary) Zawadski. He is survived and fondly remembered by his wife Terry (Theresa Szeredy) Zawadski, children- David (Janice) Zawadski, Dennis (Susan) Zawadski, Karen (Mike) Lansky, and Kim (Brad) Smith, 9 grandchildren Kimberly, Sarah, Katy, Hannah, Rachel, Aly, Brandon, Tyler and Caroline, and 6 great-grandchildren, Helen, Parker, Paxton, Sadie, Savannah, and Henry. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to your favorite charity in honor of Walter.

He was a US Army Veteran and member of the American Legion in Strongsville, and longtime member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Strongsville, and Knights of Columbus. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE.
