VERNA F. STRINGER (nee Preast) age 78 of Montville Twp. After a brief illness has taken her final journey to Paradise. Beloved mother of Velina, Leonard, Jr. (Lorri), James (late Christine) and Charles (Pamela) Stringer. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Corrao (Jamie), Lana Smith (Derek), Lanette Grogg (Cain), Landon Stringer, Lane O’Neill (Korbin), Matthew Stringer (Kami), James Stringer, Jr. (Heather), Elizabeth Lindsey (Keith), Charles II (Amanda), Joshua (Naomi) and great grandmother of 18. Dear sister of Betty, Stanley, Clifford, Carroll, Brenda, Ottis, Robert and the late Delena, Nathan, Lavanna and Dorothy. Aunt, cousin and friend of many. In lieu of flowers, contributions requested to the Abram Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services Thursday April 18, 2019 at the Abram Creek Baptist Church, 18664 Sheldon Road, Brook Park, Ohio 44142 at 11:00 AM. Interment Poe Cemetery, Montville Twp., Ohio.
