TONY RENCIC, age 97. Beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Gall). Loving father of Pamela Barker (James), Mark (deceased) and Sandra. Cherished grandfather of 7; great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of John and the late Vjeko, August and Jim. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Tony was an amateur boxer in the Cleveland area from 1952-1954 and the middleweight champion of Mercer County in 1950. U.S. Navy World War II Veteran. Funeral services Wednesday evening November 15, 2023 at the funeral home 7:00 PM. Graveside services & interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Thursday at 12:15 PM. The family will receive friends WEDNESDAY EVENING 4 – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
