SALVATORE “SAM” BURGIO, age 77. Beloved husband of 34 years to Cheryl (nee Dembowski). Loving father of Annamarie Sowders (Larry) and Paul (Jackie). Cherished grandfather of Simon, Julie and John. Dearest son of the late John and Elizabeth (nee Gentille). Dear brother of Joanne VanNiel, Bernadette McDermott (Ed) and Phil (Linda). Survived and loved by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Member of UFCW Local 880. Lifelong and devoted Cleveland Indians fan. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday May 1, 2021 St. Patrick Church, 4427 Rocky River Drive at 9:30 AM. (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends (while practicing social distancing and the use of masks) FRIDAY 5 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
