Martha "Becky" (French) Nunnery

Martha "Becky" Nunnery, age 89, passed away July 11, 2021.  Loving wife to the late George Nunnery.  Cherished mother to Ginna Nunnery and Jeffrey Nunnery, both deceased.  Devoted grandmother to Carrie Blazek (Andy), Alex Nunnery, Matthew Olsafsky (Stacey), Jamie Olsafsky, deceased.  Great-grandmother to Leah Blazek.

Born in Paris, Tennessee she loved telling stories of growing up with her family in the country. She continued her love for nature and animals by setting up her Middleburg Hts. backyard as a sanctuary for wildlife such as birds, squirrels, chipmunks and even deer. She also loved many pets over the years, especially her mini pinscher, Pipi.

Known as the “Doll Lady” Becky helped grow the Cleveland Doll Club and continued to be an active member until her passing. She enjoyed sewing and creating doll clothes and sharing them with the community.

Becky also loved to sing. As a young adult she sang on the radio and often reminisced and talked about the singing career she could have had.  She was also a devoted Christian and longtime member of Grace Church.
