LAWRENCE J. PATTEN, age 71. Beloved husband of the late Katherine (nee Smalley) for 45 years; devoted father of the late Nick J.; dear son of the late Norman J. and Eleanore (nee Kassay); caring brother of Ronald Patten (Loretta), and step-brother of Donald Trew (Lou Ann). Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, and Mary Queen of Peace Knights of Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 11, 2018 at Mary Queen of Peace Parish. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends THURSDAY 5 - 7:30 PM (Holy Rosary 7:30 p.m.) at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
