KRYSTINA MARIE FOX age 31. Beloved daughter of David and Irene (nee Vombergar) Fox. Cherished sister of Michael J. Fox. Darling granddaughter of Virginia F. Kehn (late Frank), Richard P. Fox (Georgina) and the late Mirko and Justina Vombergar. Special niece of Greg Fox, Laura Kehn (Jeff), Paul Fox (Leslie), Mirko Vombergar and Louise Dagg (Ken). Cousin and friend of many. Companion of her dog Penelope and her cat Wednesday, who she loved dearly.
Krystina had a passion for writing, even at a young age her teachers at Incarnate Word Academy were amazed at her creativeness. They inspired her to pursue her destiny in creative writing and did so by graduating from Ohio University school of Scripts and Journalism. There she wrote for the school paper and published this poem: Someday"
Spinning in a pretty purple dress in the light of the Sunday sun
Flowers fill the fenced-in lot like a magnificent garden
guarded by rusty iron gates. and I do not understand what all the tears are for
Figures in black from head to toe,
encircle a polished wooden box and a gaping hole that is deeper
than anything that I have ever dug, in my sand box.
Water slowly falls down the cheeks of grown ups
I'm not sure if I have ever seen one cry.
and I do not understand what all the tears are for
My fingers play with the sparse grass under my tiny feet
next to a grey rock sticking out of the ground.
My hands experience the cold stone
and my eyes try to make sense of the gigantic carved letters
like the cover of a large story book. I look around me,
and I do not understand what all the tears are for
I throw back my head and point my rosy face to the sky
My youth is reflected in my unknowing smile
and I again start spinning in my pretty purple dress underneath the Sunday sun
thinking maybe someday I will understand what all these tears are for
