JOANN FRANCESCANGELI (nee AMATA), age 85. Beloved wife of 40 years to Bob. Loving mother of Victoria Duncan (Larry), Linda Buck (Gordon) and Frank Dorazio (Mindi). Stepmother of Bob Jr. (Luann), Susan Loy (Greg) and Georgine Combs (John). Cherished Nana of Nicole Plummer (Ryan), Amanda Buck-Holman (Will), Gina Buck, Julia Buck, Gabbi Sherrill, Josh Sherrill, Sawyer Dorazio, Sadi Dorazio, Josh Combs; Step grandmother of Ashley Duncan and Brittany Walrath: great Nana of Annette and Eliza Holman. Dear sister of Mario Amata (deceased), Angie Carrino (deceased), Maryann Hogenkamp and Annette Jelinek. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Nana, Great Nana and Dog Lover. She raised her children with love and devotion. She was always there when we needed her. She found love and joy in all of her dogs. Peace in sitting on her deck watching the birds and her beautiful flowers grow. A hard worker with great work ethic all her life. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and her dogs, Sonny and Maddie. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to Animal Protective League. Mass of Christian Burial Friday November 17, 2023 St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Road at 10:30 AM. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
