JO ANN NEWELL (nee Barger), age 94. Went home to meet the Lord, November 8, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Arnold. Loving mother of Linda Weiss. Cherished grandmother of Lori Kyle, husband Sam Kyle. Dearest great grandmother of Madison Ann Gibson and Zachary Austin Gibson. Dear sister of the late Ross Barger and Ralph Barger (Carol). Jo Ann grew up during the Great Depression and World War II. She had many childhood memories that she loved to share with family and friends. “Forever in our hearts your legacy of Love endures”.  Funeral services Sunday November 12, 2023 at the funeral home 1:30 PM. Interment Monday Cunningham Memorial Park Cemetery (West Virginia). The family will receive friends SUNDAY 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
