JEFFREY C. HEIDE,  January 9, 1960 – July 5, 2021

We are beyond saddened to share the news that Jeffrey (Jeff) Heide, age 61, of Berea, Ohio passed away suddenly on Monday, July 5, 2021 at his home.

Jeff grew up in Lakewood and was the youngest child of Robert (Bob) and Margaret (Peg) Heide, both deceased. He is survived by his sister Sandy Edmonds (Joel) and brother Jim Heide (Ruth).  He was the much loved uncle of Danielle and Nick Edmonds and Rebecca, Sam and Ben (Wes) Heide.

Jeff was a kind soul who truly treasured and appreciated the people in his life, including family, friends and colleagues at his long-time employer North Coast Media, LLC. He truly enjoyed time spent outdoors as he was an avid camper, he loved his annual beach vacations and he grew to have a talent and love for disc golf.  Just this past July 3rd, he participated in a disc golf tournament with his friends and fellow competitors and had a great day.

Jeff was the spark and glue at all of our family outings, as his joy inspired us. He was loved by all of us and will be sorely missed and in our hearts forever.

His favorite Uncle Rudy used to remind us all to “keep the faith”, good advice to help us deal with the loss of our brother, uncle and friend.

Please join us for a Celebration of Jeff’s Life on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm at the Cottonwood Shelter located on Valley Parkway in Fairview Park, Ohio in the Rocky River Reservation. Light snacks and refreshments will be available. This will be “come as you are” casual in the spirit of Jeff’s enjoyment of the outdoors and his love of getting together with all of us.  Services Entrusted to A.
