JAMES NORRIS HAVEY, age 89, passed away September 3, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved life partner of Doreen Russell, who he met in 2005 along with her children Kelly and Dan. Loving father of Jamie Varga (Daniel), Kimberly Havey and Lisa Wingert (Bob). Proud grandfather of Curtis, Charlie, Ashley and Jake. Dear brother of Donna Turchanik (Robert), the late Bobby and Wayne. Loving uncle, cousin and friend of many.
James was known for his interest in all sports. Having a vast collection of baseballs and memorabilia. His favorite team was the Boston Red Sox. He was also known for his success as a businessman in the auto industry having started his own company “Discount Auto Sales” in the Early 70s.
Closing Reflections on Thursday September 7, 2023 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO 44130 (WEST of I-71) Interment to follow at Hillcrest Church Cemetery in Hancock, Maine.
