JOANNE L (Fielitz) DiGIOVINE

JOANNE L. DiGIOVINE (nee Fielitz) passed away May 14, 2020 of natural causes at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Carl I. for 70 years. Loving mother of Gail (Mark Grimm) DiGiovine, Gina Goodwin (Russell), Denise DiGiovine and Diane Stevanski (John). Beloved grandmother of Scott Grimm (Amanda) and Ben Goodwin. Loving great-grandmother of two great-granddaughters.

Born on March 6, 1930 and was the youngest of nine children all whom preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn Carl her beloved husband whom she was a beautiful dance and life partner, her immediate family, as well as seven nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with family and friends. She had a lifelong love of movies and was an enthusiastic league bowler at Yorktown Lanes up to age 85, and a former member of the Parma YMCA where she and Carl participated in numerous activities and travels. She will be missed by all who loved her dearly for her enjoyment of life, sense of fun and humor, and her love of dogs.

Private family services Wednesday May 20, 2020 at the funeral home. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may meet at the front entrance of cemetery WEDNESDAY at 11:45 A.M.
