JACOB BILY

JACOB “JAKE” BILY age 21. Beloved son of Lisa (nee Smith) and David. Devoted brother of Cassie. Dearest grandson of Edward and Elizabeth Bily and Ruth and the late Ralph Smith. Nephew of Kim Vilchek (John), Debbie Schneider (James), Laura Smith and Christine Smith, Steve Billy, Scott Bily (Gina). Cousin of Jackie Martin, Anthony Medlock (Meghan), Sam Schneider,Rachel Schneider, Jessica Feierabend, (Cory), Dominic Smith, Sean Bily (Melinda), Kathryn Selmer (Matt), Beth Paul (Matt) and Ashley Kane (Andrew).

Jake was certainly “One of a Kind!". He was very kindhearted, a loving man and had a gentle soul. He impacted many lives with his motivation and incredible energy.  Jake's smile was contagious and if you ever needed a friend or a shoulder to cry on, he was there for you.  Jake loved the outdoors and wanted to see and explore the country. He was looking forward to seeing Yosemite National Park and going hiking. He loved sports, fishing, baseball, wrestling and football. He was very social, liked to dance and loved the 80's music. He was a graduate of Normandy High School and attended Kent State University. He intended to do amazing things teaching kids with special needs. One of the things that Jake loved most was his cat "Denzel" and Denzel loved him. They were very attached to each other and at the sound of his voice, Denzel would come running. 

He was loved by many, touched all our lives and will leave an imprint on us all. "We love you Jake and you will forever be in our hearts"  

Mass of Christian Burial, St. Albert the Great Church, Thursday June 18, 2020 at 12 Noon. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received Wednesday 3 – 8 PM (with social distancing and masks) at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH (West of I-71).
