GUSTAVE "Gus" GESCHKE

September 15, 1936 ~ April 10, 2022 (age 85)

Obituary

GUSTAVE “GUS” GESCHKE, age 85. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Mezzulo); devoted father of Rick (Julie), and Rod (Dina); cherished grandfather of Ashley, Bryant, and Bryce; dear brother of his twin sister Esther, and many other siblings who are deceased. Caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Gus was a truck driver at heart and loved the open road while working for Fisher Fazio’s. He also hauled steel for a while and worked in the produce section of Walmart after he retired.

Gus was a tireless worker who loved talking to anyone who befriended him. One of Gus’s great joys in life besides his family, was his hobby of putting up wonderful Christmas decorations each year for family and friends.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, generous nature, and contagious laugh. He will be greatly missed.
