ERNESTO M. GERARDO, M.D., age 92. Beloved husband of 68 years to Hortencia M.D. (nee Flotildes). Loving and devoted father of Ernesto A. Gerardo M.D. (Patria, M.D.) and Hortense Gerardo M.D./Phd. (Jon Wade). Cherished grandfather of Ernesto III (Cassandra), Rodrigo Gerardo M.D. (Marie Walters M.D.), Gina Gerardo, Phd. (Evan Mickey), Roland Atema, Sylvie; great grandfather of Pacifica, Malaya and Ava. Dear brother of Portia Bautista (Bob) and the following deceased; Virginia (Pastor), Rudy (Flory), Luis (Felicing), Gloria (Rex) and Pureza (Demetrio, M.D.). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday June 7, 2022 St. Bartholomew Church at 10:00 AM. (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH). Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends (at the request of the family, masks are optional) MONDAY 4 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
