EDWARD R. STRAUSS, Jr. age 85. Beloved husband of the late LaVerne. Loving father of Edward A. (Connie), David (Bonnie), Norm Motko (Vicky), Bruce Motko (Renee), Gwynne Swan and the late Brad Motko and father in law of Ray Scaletta (late Maureen). Cherished grandfather of Raymond Scaletta, Katrena scaletta (Brandon), Krystal Simmons (John), Korlyne Reynolds (Shane), Richard Swan (Ciera) and Johnet Motko. Great grandfather of Lucas, Julian, Sophia, Callan, Malaia, Briella and Aria.  Dear brother of the late Virginia Hansberger (Everette). Uncle, cousin and friend of many.

In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the American Legion Parma Heights, Post 703, 7667 York Road, Parma, OH 44130. A Celebration of Ed’s Life will be held on Saturday May 22, 2021 at 3 PM with the family receiving friends from 1 – 3 PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH (West of I-71).
