January 2, 1948 ~ September 30, 2021 (age 73)

CYNTHIA A. DIENES (nee Kusak), age 73. Beloved wife of Jack for 52 years; proud mother of Kristin Henry (Pete), and Kara Bartel (Jeffery); adoring Mimi of Evan, Alaina, Ethan, Aiden, and Everett; caring sister of Diane Prestien (deceased); cherished daughter of Stella and Stan Kusak (both deceased); also loved by her fur-baby Mr. Mike, and those that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge: Lyndy, Beaucoup, Sami, Bella, and Meka.

Cynthia was a proud Polish princess who graduated from Nazareth Academy. A hard worker from a young age, she was employed at Hanna Mining, Sverdrup, and BF Goodrich where she developed lifelong friendships. Cynthia spent most of her married life in Hinckley, Ohio, where she was an avid gardener with an impeccably decorated house. Her hobbies included caring for animals, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and shopping. It wasn’t uncommon to bump into her at one of her favorite stores – TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, or Costco. Cynthia loved to travel, especially to the beach with her family. Her loving smile will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the One of a Kind Pet Rescue or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

A Celebration of her life will be 2 - 4 p.m. SATURDAY OCTOBER 23, 2021 (with masks and social distancing) at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY RD., MIDDLEBURG HTS. (WEST OF I-71).
