Blaise L. Amato

BLAISE L. AMATO, age 73. Beloved husband of Margie (nee Barrett). Loving step-father of Sean Calvetta and Laura Worner (Adam) . Cherished grandfather of John, Tyler, Barrett and Carter. Dearest son of the late Frank and Mary (nee Pitten). Dear brother of Marlene Zarlinga (Hank) and Rosalie McCarty (Bill). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Blaise worked 45 years in sales and eventually in management for the Montrose Auto Group. He also was the lead singer for the R&B band called “The Naturals”.   In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN. 38105.  Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday May 18, 2022 St. Albert the Great Church, 6667 Wallings Road at 11:30 AM. (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Private family interment. The family will receive friends TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022 from 5 – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
