Betty Ann (DiCillo) Heffner

Betty Ann Heffner (nee: DiCillo), age 86, passed away December 1, 2022.  Loving wife of 66 years to Arthur.  Devoted mother to Christine Kovacek (Jerry) and James Heffner (Ginny).  Beloved grandmother to Meghan Waitkus, Katie Hufford (Joe), Anthony Heffner (Sarah) and Hannah Shaefer.  Great-grandmother to Lainey, Dominic and Giovani.  Daughter to the late Anthony and Lucy DiCillo and step-daughter to the late Teresa DiCillo.  Sister to Jackie Kosley, deceased.  Aunt to Anthony Kosley, Matthew Kosley and Diana Kosley.

Betty worked 45 years for the Parma City Schools and was known as the infamous "Lunch Lady" at Valley Forge High School.  She never let a student go without a lunch even if they didn't have money to pay for the lunch.  Betty would either pay for the lunch herself, or would let the student "slide" until the follow day.  She will be remembered as a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother and will be missed by all.
