Barbara (Bonomo) Kowalski

BARBARA KOWALSKI (nee Bonomo), age 84. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Mark (Lisa), Brian (Krysten), Lisa Knapik (John), Thomas (Keri) and Anita. Cherished grandmother of Cody, Cory, Caitlin, Nathan, Jonah, Aaron and Sam. Dearest daughter of the late Angelo and Theresa (nee Baron) Bonomo. Dear sister of Lawrence Bonomo (Charlene, deceased) and sister-in-law of Patricia Vagnoni (Jim). Also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.  Barbara and Thomas were early parishioners of St. John Neumann Church. She was heavily involved in church activities including the Annual Craft Show, the Women’s Tea, working at the Lenten Fish Fry, the Christmas Giving Tree and ushering. Barbara loved working in her yard and cherished the time spent with family. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Southwest Hospice Services. Mass of Christian Burial Friday November 10, 2023 St. John Neumann Church at 10:00 AM. (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Hope Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends THURSDAY 4 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
