NICHOLAS A. CORENO, age 92. Beloved husband of 70 years to Nida (nee Pascal). Loving father of Barbara Szabo (Fred) and Nancy Coreno. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas Szabo (Chona), Laura Marthey (Chad), Carrie Nunnery (fiancé Andy Blazek) and Alex Nunnery. Dear brother of the late Mary Cihlar (Frank) and Rose Coreno. Also survived by Frank Cihlar II (Jen) and other nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Former owner of Mid-City Tire in Berea, Ohio, member of American Legion Post 91 and Elks Lodge 1815 of Berea. U.S. Marine Corps World War II Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday March 21, 2018 Mary Queen of the Apostles Parish (Engle Rd.) at 10:00AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends TUESDAY 4 – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
