JEFF HAMMOND age 56. He took “The Stairway to Heaven” on April 20, 2018. He was the beloved father of Barbara (fiancé Jeremy Kostyo), Candice (fiancé Anthony Secotte) and Gregory. Cherished grandfather of Kayden Kostyo. Dearest son of Frank and Barbara Hammond. Dear brother of Frank Hammond, Theresa McDonough (Mac), Ellen Ondrejovich and the late Gathal Hammond. Special uncle, cousin and friend of many. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated. Everyone is invited to help the family in a Celebration of Jeff’s Life Service, on Saturday May 5, 2018 from 3 – 5 PM in the Family Gathering Center of the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH (West of I-71).
