EVELYN E. SEDLAK (nee Kurtz), age 89. Beloved wife of 27 years to the late Herbert. Loving mother of Karen McAdam (Ralph), Lynn Herhuth (Bruce), Denise Goodworth (Jim) and Ron. Cherished grandmother of 6; great grandmother of 7. Dearest daughter of the late Anthony and Ruth (nee Boehmer) Kurtz. Dear sister of the late LaVerne Cerny (Bob) and Dorothy Campbell (Bill). Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Member of St. Joseph Church in Strongsville for over 60 years and assisted with Hospitality and Open Arms. Also volunteered for the West Side Catholic Center for over 25 years, with Crafts for Falling Water Nursing Home and Meals on Wheels. Loved flower gardening and enjoying God’s vista. Mass of Christian Burial Monday March 5, 2018 St. Joseph Church, 12700 Pearl Road at 10:00AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends SUNDAY 4 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
