DONALD W. WORTHINGTON. JR. age 58. Beloved son of Beatrice Thompson (late Robert) and the late Donald Worthington. Dearest brother of the late Lynn Worthington, Donna Rzepka (Robert), Daniel Worthington, Barbara Wright (Michael), Robert Thompson, Jr (Denita), Bruce Thompson (Denise), Carol Thompson and Holly Rooker (Robert). Dear uncle, great uncle, nephew, cousin and friend of many. U.S. Navy Veteran having served aboard the USS Flint. Memorial Services will be held at the University Circle United Methodist Church, 1919 East 107th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106 on Saturday June 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Final resting place will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
